We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), and it takes an average of 48 hours for us to receive and process your order.

Each order being unique, the cost of shipping varies with the weight, size, and destination of the order.

Delivery time: DHL EXPRESS

For most of Europe and for the US: Delivery takes 2 to 3 days

For the rest of the world: Delivery takes 3 to 7 days

After making the order, you receive an email with the details of your order and the bill confirming your order.

We will communicate your tracking number within 2 days, allowing you to follow your package on the DHL platform.

For all of our shipments, all taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. All our products come from Morocco, so you may be asked to pay customs clearance fees corresponding to the import of a product from abroad.
